Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Outside our 30 day return policy, Furnimart Inc offers a one year (1 year) Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers replacement parts or any defects caused by the manufacturer and at no fault of your own.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You scan or email your receipt to info@furnimarts.com.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days depending on your banking institution; however, sometimes this processing will take longer. 


Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@furnimarts.com and we will inform you how to process the exchanges.

Depending on your location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
